"Had the pleasure of dining here last week. The food experience was dynamic in that you prepared your meats and soups. I understand, if that not ideal for everyone but it was an experience. They do however have prepared food and for the price per person it was not bad. The service was great and the restaurant was very clean. Get your appetite ready because it is all you can eat. Boy, did I walk out stuffed but happy."

"I didn’t think it could happen, but Top Pot is in the running for my favorite Korean barbecue spot in Philly. Not because of the food but because of the phenomenal service. Let me explain. Food: the options were good with a decent selection of beef, pork, chicken, and seafood on the Korean barbecue and Hot Pot menus. The full menu was at your disposal rather than a separate section for premium based off of the time of day you choose to come. With that being said, I didn’t think that any particular dish was outstanding or had a signature flavor. The food will get a 3.5/5. Service: our server of the night was a young Viet guy named Tiger. He provided exceptional service with no exceptions. From his fund of knowledge, demeanor, professionalism, and hospitality, he made the experience enjoyable. So much that my sister (who is not a fan of the Hot Pot self-cooking experience) is looking forward to coming back again. 6/5 Ambience: it feels like any other Philly Hot Pot restaurant. They’re always family friendly and set up with booths or large tables. What system apart is their robust buffet. They definitely did not cheat you on what they provide. 4/5 Overall, the customer service system apart from the competition. 5/5"

"This was the first time my husband and I had the Top Pot experience. Once we understood the process, it was a fun and delicious experience. We’re looking forward to coming back. It’s not the most stylish place, but the setup is nice. It’s clean and full of energy. Karis (like Paris, but with a K) was nice attentive and helped us ease into our first experience. Initially, you may think “I dine out so I don’t have to cook”. This puts a spin on date night…or a family fun experience."

"Absolutely loved Top Pot K BBQ & Hot Pot! The place is clean, modern, and very cozy. The staff is super friendly and attentive. We only ordered meat this time, and everything was incredibly fresh and well-marinated. The beef and pork cooked perfectly and had amazing flavor. Portions are generous, the grill heats evenly, and the overall experience was fun and delicious. It’s a great spot to come hungry and enjoy quality Korean BBQ. Highly recommend — we’ll definitely be back!"

"My family and I came to celebrate my nieces birthday at her request. It was my first time going and it was definitely an experience. Our server was nice and explained everything from the menu to the hotpot and grills. You can choose to do both. They also have a small buffet and sauce area that was great. The drinks weren't my favorite but I would definitely come again."

"This was my first time here with my best friend, and the food was absolutely outstanding! Everything was perfect from start to finish. Our waitress, Karis, was so sweet and attentive. When she found out it was my birthday, she and the rest of the staff sang “Happy Birthday” and even added a candle to my cheesecake. It truly made my day. One of the best dining experiences I’ve ever had — thank you for making it so special!"

"Me and my girlfriend having been meaning to come here an we finally got the chance and man it was a 100/10 experience all around sat very quick and food came even quicker. If you can request George I would he has this amazing sauce he makes and it’s just the best it goes with everything not to spicy with just the right amount of tang"

"We went for dinner. Initially we thought price was high, about 36 per person but one we started getting the food , it is well worth the price. Meat see food and vegetable were very fresh. Our server was very friendly and accommodating. I wish if they have little bit more varieties in the buffet bar. Overall it is a excellent place to enjoy the food We will definitely go back again and I will send my friends over there for them to have the same positive experience I had."
